Since kids are the fussiest eaters, it can become more of a tedious task to plan meals that suits the taste buds of your children as well. It is not just taste that needs to be taken care of, but the most important aspect of the meal is whole nutrition.
The best way to ensure that your child avoids nagging when eating or trying new foods is to offer them plenty of choices. The choices should be least composed of processed or junk food. Instead offer a variety of healthy foods, including vegetables that can be eaten raw as snacks. Same goes for fruits as well.
The more variety you produce in the meals, the better it gets for the children. However, don’t ignore the preferences of your children. If they like something in particular, then treat them once in a while. Also, ensure that your children drink milk for a steady bone health.
