As most of us know fruit is very healthy, but like with many things, we shouldn’t exaggerate with it.
Almost every fruit contains fructose, and even though it is healthy, too much of it can be bad for you and your organism.
For example you may start feeling nausea, cramps, sickness, bad breath and other symptoms.
So in case you want to stop consuming fruit, don’t, you just need to know some facts about it, and simply be careful when you eat it, and everything will be fine.
For example it is better if you eat fruit that has sour taste, than sweet, because it contains small amounts of fructose and glucose which is very important for your digestion.
Still if you want to eat fruit that is sweeter, you should do it as soon as you wake up or before you start working out.
If you eat it as soon as soon as you wake up, or before doing any exercise you will have a lot more energy for everything.
Our advice for you in that case is to eat apple, melon or a pear, because they will give you enough strength and on the other hand are good solution, because they don’t contain too much fructose and glucose.
It is important for you to know that you shouldn’t eat fruit as a dessert, because if you mix it with the food you ate for lunch or dinner it can cause you some problems with digestion.
So the best thing you could do is to eat it before your breakfast or between breakfast and lunch, as a snack.
